Why ratings matter.
A rating isn't just a number, it's what keeps AKSD's matching fair. Drivers and bikers with strong, consistent ratings are recognised for it. Riders and senders who are easy to work with make the whole platform faster for everyone. Left a 4 or 5-star rating? You can add a tip for your driver or biker right there on the rating screen.
How it works.
Riders rate drivers and Keke partners. Drivers rate riders. Senders rate dispatch bikers, and bikers rate senders.
You'll see your own rating, but not the specific written feedback someone left about you, so reviews stay honest, not retaliatory.
If a trip didn't go well, block that partner or rider directly from your account. You'll never be matched with them again.
Had a great ride? Mark a driver as a favorite to remember them for next time.
Badges are earned, not given.
Every driver and Keke partner's card shows real badges, plus how many rides they've actually completed, both computed from their real trip history, never a placeholder.
Earned by drivers with a strong, consistent rating over a real history of trips.
Earned by a low cancellation rate and a clean safety record, not just a good average.
Recognises real experience, drivers and bikers who've completed hundreds of trips or deliveries on AKSD.
